Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Step 2: Prepare the Muffin Tin
Add a small amount of vegetable oil to each section of the muffin tin and place it in the oven to heat.
Step 3: Mix the Batter
In your mixing bowl, beat the eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of salt together until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Pour the Batter
Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven. Pour the batter evenly into the tin, filling each section halfway to allow room for rising.
Step 5: Bake
Place the tin back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown. Avoid opening the oven door during baking to prevent the puddings from collapsing.
